This is the final change order of the SRF portion of the project. These changes are for reconciliation of the bid
quantities and what was actually completed, with the exception of the following:
• Bid Item Nos. 6A and 6B Valley Drive — This work is removed from the project. This segment was not
repaired as part of this project because a chain -link fence was recently built over the pipe by one of the
adjoining residents. The City chose to allow Municipal Pipe to attempt to line the segment without digging
it up and repairing it and then having to replace all the new fence. The lining was successful.
AECOM recommends the City of Waterloo approve Change Order No. 6 for a deduction of $(54,673.39).
The following table illustrates the overall change to the project:
