ORDINANCE NO. 4921
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 4 OF
RIVERSIDE ADDITION ADJACENT TO THE FORMER
RATH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT 1515 SYCAMORE
STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The fourteen foot (14') wide alley in Block 4 of
Riverside Addition that lies Northwesterly of a line
drawn from the Northeast corner of Lot 12 Block 4 of
said addition to the Southeast corner of Lot 1 Block 4
said addition, and Southeasterly of a line drawn from
the Northwest corner of Lot 7 Block 4 said addition to
the Southwest corner of Lot 6 Block 4 said addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
