ORDINANCE NO. 4909
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (40) BLUFF STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (40) BLUFF STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (40) Bluff Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(40) Bluff Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times
on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows:
