Members present: Jones, Morrissey, Schmitt
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt to authorize the replacement of a boiler at the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Craig Clark, Building Official, explained that the two boilers have failed inspection. One ofthem
is being repaired for approximately $20,000 but the other boiler needs to be replaced. This will
improve energy efficiency.
Mr. Lind questioned what the criteria for coming to the building and grounds committee.
Craig Clark noted that improvements that are too large for the finance committee are brought to
this committee.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:12 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
