Members present: Jones, Morrissey, Schmitt
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by ,Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt to authorize the request to vacate a 1,920 square foot
portion of an existing alley located north of 1317 West 11th Street and request by Curt and
Carrie Schultz to purchase said vacated 1,920 square foot alley for $200 to establish a permanent
driveway to an existing detached garage, with a development agreement. Ayes: Three. Motion
carried.
Mr. Morrissey questioned the terms of the development agreement.
Noel Anderson, Community Planning and Development Director, explained that that agreement
Will include the language that they will invest at least $5,000 into the paving and $200 for the
section.
Mr. Lind questioned if the garage on the other side is encroaching.
Noel Anderson stated that he does not believe it is.
Mr. Jones verified that Planning and Zoning is in favor of,this agreement.
Mr. Morrissey asked for the criteria that would determine the lot is unbuildable.
Noel, the size of the lot makes it an unbuildable lot
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Morrissey, seconded by Schmitt
that the meeting be adjourned at 5:11 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
