Mr. Schmitt questioned if the Human'Rights Commission is remaining diverse.
Abraham Funchess, Director of the Waterloo Commission on Human Rights explained that they
are trying to remain balanced.

With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Hart seconded by Jones that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:08 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
