Moved by Cole seconded by Lind that the Agenda, as amended, be approved. Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.

Mr. Lind questioned if both appointees are re -appointments.
Kelley Felchle, Deputy City Clerk, explained that both positions are re -appointments.

Mr. Schmitt questioned the lack of attendance and amount of abstentions at Planning and Zoning
Commission meetings.
Noel Anderson, Community Development and Planning Director, explained that due to the fact
that some commission members arelawyers and commercial realtors, some absences and
abstentions do' occur, but it is generally not a problem for quorum.
Mr. Lind questioned if the Commission has an attendance policy.
Noel Anderson explained, the administrative rules outline an attendance policy. If commission
members miss a certain percentage of meetings they will be asked to step down but none of the
current members are at that point.
Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Lind seconded by Cole that the
meeting be adjourned at 5:01 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
