ORDINANCE NO. 4928
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 399 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 398,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Ninety Nine (399).
"399.
Unplatted Waterloo East all that part of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24 Township
89 Range 13 lying West of the West line of Ash Street
and North of the North line of Webster Street and South
of the South line of Newell Street except West 30 feet,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R -3,R -P" Planned Multiple Residence District as above described,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The retention of an easement over the existing storm
sewer.
2. That final site plans meet all applicable city codes,
regulations, etc. including, but not limited to,
parking, landscaping, drainage, etc."
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she hereby is,
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
