ORDINANCE NO. 4930
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (161a) HAMMOND COURT TO
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (161a) Hammond Court of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic
Code, is hereby added as follows:
(161a) Hammond Court Both sides in the 100 block from
Hammond Avenue west to the alley
INTRODUCED: November 17, 2008
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: November 17, 2008
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 17, 2008
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 17, 2008
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 17th day of November, 2008, and approved by
the Mayor on the 19th day of November, 2008.
