RESOLUTION NO. 2019-927
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
DECEMBER 16, 2019 TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY THE
CITY OF WATERLOO TO VACATE 7,445 SQUARE FEET OF
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO 3070 WEST
AIRLINE HIGHWAY, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th day of December
2019, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by the City of Waterloo to
vacate 7,445 square feet of street right-of-way adjacent to 3070 West Airline Highway.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
