RESOLUTION NO. 2019-932
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES, INC., OF
MADISON, WISCONSIN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$1,485,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH BIDDING AND
CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FY 2020 BIOSOLIDS
MODIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 2, 2019, between Strand Associates,
Inc., of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$1,485,000, in conjunction with bidding and construction related services for the Wastewater
Treatment Plant FY 2020 Biosolids Modifications, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2"d day of December 2019.
