ORDINANCE NO. 5530
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TRAFFIC CODE BY
AMENDING SUBSECTION (1) BAYARD
STREET, TO SECTION 545, YIELD
STREET, BY DELETING SUBSECTION
(1) BAYARD STREET IN ITS ENTIRETY,
AND INSERTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (1) BANKERS
BLVD. TO SECTION 545, AND ADDING
SUBSECTION (1A) BAYARD STREET
TO SECTION 545, YIELD STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA: That Subsection (1) Bayard
Street is hereby deleted in its entirety,
and amended by inserting in lieu thereof
the following Subsection (1) Bankers
Blvd., to Section 545, Yield Streets, of the
City of Waterloo Traffic Code, and
inserting a new Subsection (1 a) Bayard
Street, to Section 545, Yield Streets, as
follows: (1) Bankers Blvd. - Bankers Blvd.
at Fisher Drive. (1 a) Bayard Street -
Williston Avenue to Byron Avenue.
