NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS
FOR THE TAKING OF BIDS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF (1) 2020' TON, 4WD,
CREW CAB TRUCK
WITH 6.75 FOOT BOX AND 160 INCH
WB, SRW, GASOLINE ONLY
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO
Sealed bids must be received by the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo at City Hall,
715 - Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa,
50703, no later than Thursday, December
5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., at which time bids
will be opened in the First Floor
Conference Room at City Hall.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
bid document, etc. for the Purchase of (1)
2020 3/4 Ton, 4WD, Crew Cab Truck with
6.75 ft. Box and 160 in., SRW, Gasoline
only, on December 9, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.,
in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
in City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
The proposed bid form is on file in the
offices of the Public Works Department
for public examination. A bid document
may be obtained at the Public Works
Department, 625 Glenwood Street, Wa-
terloo, Iowa, 50703.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa', before the date
set for said hearing.

following is a correct bill for publishing said notice.
