RESOLUTION NO. 2019-939
RESOLUTION APPROVING A FACILITY USE AGREEMENT
WITH THE WATERLOO ROWING CLUB, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Facility Use Agreement dated December 9, 2019, between the Waterloo Rowing Club,
Inc. and the City of Waterloo, for the use of the boat house facility located at 707 Park Road, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December 2019.
