RESOLUTION NO. 2019-944
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE SITE
HOST AGREEMENT WITH MIDAMERICAN ENERGY
COMPANY, TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
TWO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS NEAR
THE CENTER FOR THE ARTS PARKING LOT AT 194 W.
2ND STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Electric Vehicle Site Host Agreement dated December 9, 2019, between MidAmerican
Energy Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with construction of two
electric vehicle charging stations, near the Center for the Arts parking lot at 194 W. 2nd Street, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December 2019.
