ORDINANCE NO. 4926
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION
BOULEVARD OF SECTION 543,
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
(37) CROSSROADS BOULEVARD
THRU STREETS; AND
2008 TRAFFIC CODE
(37) CROSSROADS
THRU STREETS; AND
A NEW SUBSECTION
OF SECTION 543,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (16a) CROSSROADS
BOULEVARD AND PENNEYS STREET TO SECTION 544,
ALL WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (37) Crossroads Boulevard of Section 543,
Thru Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (37) Crossroads Boulevard of
Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(37) Crossroads Boulevard
Except for all -way stops at
Bopp Street, Flammang Drive,
and Penneys Street
That Subsection (16a) Crossroads Boulevard and Penneys
Street of Section 544, All Way Stop Intersections, of the 2008
Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows:
(16a) Crossroads Boulevard and Penneys Street
