RESOLUTION NO. 2018-531
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A CERTAIN
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AND
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $42,161.85 WITH O'NEAL METALS, INC. FOR
THE BROCK SANITARY SEWER MAIN EXTENSION,
CONTRACT NO. 954, LOCATED NEAR 2680 SEARGEANT
ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Construction and Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreements,
dated July 16, 2018, pertaining to the Brock Sanitary Sewer Main Extension, Contract No. 954,
located near 2680 Sergeant Road, and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall accept a certain temporary construction
easement and sanitary sewer easement in the amount of$42,161.85 with O'Neal Metals, Inc., in
conjunction with the Brock Sanitary Sewer Main Extension, Contract No. 954, located near 2680
Sergeant Road, and
WHEREAS, Martin Road TIF district funds will be utilized to cover the cost of the
easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the temporary construction and sanitary sewer easement agreements
with O'Neal Metals, Inc., in conjunction with the Brock Sanitary Sewer Main Extension,
Contract No. 954, located near 2680 Sergeant Road, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 2018.
