SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
The undersigned does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Waterloo,Iowa,a
sanitary sewer easement over,under,and upon the following described property in the'
City of Waterloo,Black Hawk County,State of Iowa:
SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION
for the purpose of retaining a sanitary sewer easement for installation,operation,
future maintenance,repair,servicing,reconstruction and removal of a sanitary sewer.
Together with rights of ingress and egress thereon and thereto. In return for the
dedication and use of said sanitary sewer easement,the undersigned shall be granted a
compensation amount of$40,184.10.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
An Easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes over, under and across that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section
Thirty—three (33), Township Eighty—nine North (T89N), Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Said Easement is Forty (40.00) feet wide and lying Twenty (20.00) feet on each side
of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of parcel described in Land Deed 569, Page 606 in the Black Hawk County Recorder's
Office; thence S01'34'26"E Twenty (20.00) feet along the East line of said Parcel to a line Twenty (20.00) feet South of
and parallel to the North line of Tract described in Land Deed 565, Page 793 in aforesaid Recorder's Office and to the
point of beginning; thence N88'25'32"E Seven Hundred Sixty and Twenty—four Hundredths (760.24) feet along said parallel
line; thence S59'05'25"E Four Hundred Twenty—six and Fifty—three Hundredths (426.53) feet; thence S56'11'32"E One
Hundred Fifty—one and Forty—five Hundredths (151.45) feet to the Southeast line of aforesaid Tract and to the point of
termination containing 1.23 acres.
Along with Twenty (20.00) foot Temporary Construction Easement as shown on sheet 2 of 2 of this Plat.
The sidelines of said easement shall be lengthened and/or shortened to terminate at said Southeast line, aforesaid East line
and as needed to provide a continuous strip.
NOTES:
1. The basis of bearings for this Plat of Survey is the
West line of the SW 1/4 assigned a bearing of
N01'34'26"W as per Iowa State Plane Coordinate System,
North Zone, 2011 adjustment.
2. F.Y. 2019 Brock 3rd Addition Sanitary Sewer Extension,
Contract No 954, Waterloo, Iowa.
