RESOLUTION NO. 2019-694
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH MARY E. STRASSBURG, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $517.50, TO ALLOW FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION AND FUTURE MAINTENANCE OF A
STORM SEWER, LOCATED AT 2047 CARDINAL DRIVE,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement, dated September 9, 2019, of the
hereinafter described parcel, is to allow for the construction and future maintenance of a storm
sewer, located at 2047 Cardinal Drive, and owned by Mary E. Strassburg.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Storm Sewer Easement Agreement, between Mary E.
Strassburg and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $517.50, for property located at
2047 Cardinal Drive, to allow for the construction and future maintenance of a storm sewer, for
the hereinafter described parcel, is accepted and approved:
A PERMANENT STORM SEWER EASEMENT UNDER, ACROSS, AND
UPON THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 16,
HANSMEIER'S ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA, CONTAINING 225 SQUARE FEET.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September 2019.
