RESOLUTION NO. 2019-954
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TWO (2)2020 FAIRWAY MOWERS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) 2020 Fairway Mowers, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) 2020 Fairway Mowers, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December 16, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of two (2) 2020 Fairway Mowers, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December 2019.
