RESOLUTION NO. 2019-955
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 2020
FAIRWAY MOWERS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-954, specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) 2020 Fairway Mowers, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
bythis
Council that the
said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December 2019.
