RESOLUTION NO. 2019-956
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO TURFWERKS OF
JOHNSTON, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,498, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, TurfWerks of Johnston, Iowa, submitted a bid for purchase of two (2)
Fairway Mowers, in the amount of$79,498, after public hearing on December 16, 2019, and is
the apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of TurfWerks, submitted in the amount of$79,498, for the purchase
of two (2) Fairway Mowers, is hereby accepted and awarded to TurfWerks.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
