RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO BILL COLWELL FORD
OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,492, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2020 4WD, 3/4 TON CREW CAB
PICKUP TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the bid of Bill Colwell Ford of Hudson, Iowa, in the amount of$32,492, for the purchase of one
(1) 2020 4WD, 3/4 ton crew cab pickup truck, as described in the specifications adopted by this
council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2019-937, after public hearing on January 9, 2019,
on published notice required by law, is hereby accepted and awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December 2019.
