AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TO VACATE 7,445 SQUARE FEET OF
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO 3070 WEST
AIRLINE HIGHWAY, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR
UTILITIES BEING MAINTAINED OVER, UNDER,
AND UPON THE VACATED AREA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That approximately 7,445 square feet of street right-of-way adjacent to 3070
West Airline Highway, and legally described as follows:
THIS PLAT REPRESENTS A SURVEY OF TRACT"E"
THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER(S/E) OF SECTION NO. 5, TOWNSHIP NO.
89 NORTH, RANGE NO. 13 WEST OF FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, BLACK HAWK

COMMENCING A THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER, POINT
