ORDINANCE NO. 4952
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (125) WATER OF
SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
(125) WATER OF SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE
TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (125) Water of Section 553, No Parking Here
to Corner, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (125) Water of Section 553, No
Parking Here to Corner, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
