ORDINANCE NO. 4955
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (185) IDAHO STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (185) IDAHO STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS;
AND BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (4a) ALTA
VISTA AVENUE TO SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE
TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (185) Idaho Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(185) Idaho Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(185) Idaho Street East and west sides from
Dubuque Road to Alta Vista
Avenue; west side in the 1100
block
That Subsection (4a) Alta Vista Avenue of Section 553, No
Parking Here to Corner, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby added
as follows:
(4a) Alta Vista Avenue
