RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
OSPREY AVIATION, LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST
OF 2790 LIVINGSTON LANE, FOR THE GROUND LEASE OF
35,055 SQUARE FEET WITH A LEASE RATE OF $365.15 PER
MONTH, FOR A TERM ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2059, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated December 30, 2019, between Osprey Aviation, LLC and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$365.15 per month, for a term ending December 31, 2059, in
conjunction with the ground lease of 35,055 square feet to construct a hangar at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
