RESOLUTION NO. 2019-977
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF IOWA,
REPRESENTED BY THE IOWA ARMORY BOARD,
AMENDING THE TIMELINE OF LEASE RENEWAL TO FIVE
(5) 20-YEAR TERMS, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF
3106 AIRPORT BOULEVARD, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Lease Agreement with the State of Iowa, represented by the Iowa
Armory Board, amending the timeline of lease renewal to five (5) 20-year terms, for property
located north of 3106 Airport Boulevard is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December 2019.
