RESOLUTION NO. 2019-979
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY ASPRO, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,294,708.70, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 ASPHALT OVERLAY
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 964, AND RECEIVE AND FILE
A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with FY
2019 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 964, and
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project in accordance with
the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$3,294,708.70.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Aspro, Inc., at a total cost of$3,294,708.70, in conjunction with the
FY 2019 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 964, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December 2019.
