RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING THE FY 2020 LOT 2, BROCK
3RD ADDITION SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION,
CONTRACT 986, AS SUBMITTED BY WAYNE CLAASSEN
ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT, DNR FORM 29
(NOV 00) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND
ACCEPTANCE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for sanitary sewer serving the FY 2020 Lot 2, Brock 3rd Addition
Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract 986, as submitted by Wayne Claassen Engineering and
Surveying, of Waterloo, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement, DNR Form 29 (Nov 00) with
the Department of Natural Resources, are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that final acceptance of construction plans be subject to review and
acceptance by the DNR, and authorize the Mayor to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December 2019.
