RESOLUTION NO. 2019-984
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $8,000,
WITH HR GREEN OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR THE
CREATION OF REDEVELOPMENT OPTIONS FOR THE
CHAMBERLAIN AREA AND IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING
AREAS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 30, 2019, between HR Green of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $8,000 for the creation
of redevelopment options for the Chamberlain area and immediate surrounding areas, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December 2019.
