RESOLUTION NO. 2019-985
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED, $3,000, FOR A FINAL
ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP REPORT OF THE FORMER
CMC SITE, CURRENTLY PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 30, 2019, between HR Green of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $3,000 for a final
environmental cleanup report of the former CMC site, currently Public Works building, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December 2019.
