ORDINANCE NO. 4951
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (394) THIRD STREET
(W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (394) THIRD
STREET (W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (394) Third Street (W) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (394) Third Street (W) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2008 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(394) Third Street (W) Northwest side from Washington
Street to South Street; north
side from Sullivan Avenue to
Kimball Avenue; southeast side
in 200 and 400 blocks;
southeast side from Washington
Street to Bluff Street; west
side in the 1100 block from
Baltimore Street going north
to the alley; east side in the
1200 block from Baltimore
Street going south to the
alley
