RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
MURIEL J. WENTHE FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED IN THE 200 BLOCK OF ANTHONY STREET, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
acquisition of property in the amount of$1.00, and acceptance of a quit claim deed from Muriel J.
Wenthe, for property generally located in the 200 block of Anthony Street, and legally described as
follows:
LOT 52 IN COUNTRY CLUB ACRES, IN WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY IOWA. PARCEL NO. 8912-19-128-005.
is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May 2019.
