RESOLUTION SUPPORTING SUBMISSION OF A PRE-
APPLICATION BY DEERE ACRES, LLC, FOR THE IOWA
COMMUNITY CATALYST BUILDING REMEDIATION
PROGRAM, TO RENOVATE BUILDINGS LOCATED AT
1427-1429 W. 3RD STREET AND 405 BAYARD STREET,
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the City Council of the City of Waterloo supports the pre-application by Deere Acres, LLC, for
the Iowa Community Catalyst Building Remediation program, to renovate buildings located at
1427-1429 W. 3rd Street and 405 Bayard Street, Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January 2020.
