ORDINANCE NO. 4944
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF EXCESS
RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE
INTERSECTION OF EAST RIDGEWAY AVENUE AND
LAPORTE ROAD DIRECTLY NORTH OF 1818 LAPORTE
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
An irregular shaped portion of the Northeast fractional
1/ of Section 2, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the
5th Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parcel "F", as
recorded on Plat of Survey, Book 574, Page 152 in the
Recorder's Office of Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence
South 69032'13" West along the Northerly line of said
Parcel "F", a distance of 81.58 feet, to the Northwest
corner of said Parcel "F"; thence North 06035147" West
along the Northerly extension of the Westerly line of
said Parcel "F", a distance of 32.40 feet; thence North
80001101" East, a distance of 70.52 feet; thence South
33057115" East along the Northerly extension of the
Easterly line of said Parcel "F", a distance of 19.16
feet, to the point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Said tract of land contains 0.04 acres more or less.
Said tract of land being subject to and together with
any and all easements of record;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
