THIS Services Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into as of January 1, 2020, by and
between UniFirst Corporation (UniFirst), a Delaware Corporation, and the City of Waterloo (City).
The parties agree as follows:
1. UniFirst shall provide the following items to Waterloo Fire Rescue at the following prices
per unit:
Bar Mops
Dishtowels
Bath Towels
Shop Rags
Laundry Bag
Bag Stand

2. That there shall be no separate delivery charge. The term of this agreement shall be thirty-
six (36) months. UniFirst may charge a two and one-half percent (2.5%) price increase annually. This
Agreement shall terminate automatically after its term, but may be extended by agreement of the
parties for an additional term of thirty-six (36) months.
3. in the event of deficiencies in the quality of services provided by UniFirst, complaints must
be first made in writing to UniFirst offering UniFirst 30 days to correct said deficiencies. If UniFirst
fails to correct said deficiencies complained of within 30 clays the City of Waterloo may terminate this
Agreement by written notice to UniFirst by certified mail, return receipt, providing all previous
balanced due to UniFirst have been paid in full.
4. The initial delivery shall include full towel inventory. Weekly towel delivery quantities will
be based upon previous weeks turn in quantity. Waterloo Fire Rescue reserves the right to change the
quantities at any time throughout the life of the Agreement.
