TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT
The City of Waterloo does hereby grant a temporary construction easement over, under, and upon
the following property owned by the City of Waterloo in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, State of Iowa:
SEE ATTACHED PLAT
for the purpose of constructing a new sanitary sewer main, together with a right of ingress and
egress thereon.

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
The City of Waterloo does hereby dedicate a sanitary sewer easement over, under, and
upon the following described property owned by the City of Waterloo in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa:
SEE ATTACHED PLAT AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION
for the purpose of retaining a sanitary sewer easement for installation, operation,
future maintenance, repair, servicing, reconstruction and removal of a sanitary sewer.
Together with rights of ingress and egress thereon and thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this day

Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Eighty-nine North
(T89N), Range Thirteen West (R13 W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of aforesaid
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence N01°34'26"W Four Hundred Fifteen and Thirty-seven
Hundredths (415.37) feet along the East line of said Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence S88°25'34"W Forty (40.00) feet to the West right-of-
way line as per Land Deed 569, Page 604 in the Black Hawk County Recorder's Office
and to the point of beginning; thence continue S88°25'34"W Fifteen (15.00) feet; thence
N01°34'26"W Forty (40.00) feet; thence N88°25'34"E Fifteen (15.00) feet to aforesaid
West right-of-way line; thence S01°34'26"E Forty (40.00) feet along said West right-of-
way line to the point of beginning containing 600 square feet.
Along with a Temporary Construction Easement as shown on sheet 2 of 2 of this Plat.
