That portion of the platted 20-foot public alley in Block 16, Hayes Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
The southwesterly half of said alley lying southeasterly of a line between the northerly most corner of
Lot 8 in said Block 16 and the westerly most corner of Lot 3 in said Block 16 and northwesterly of the
northeasterly extension of the southeasterly line of the northwesterly 45 feet of said Lot 8, subject to
the retention of an utility easement over, under and across the above described property.
