RESOLUTION NO. 2011-857 RESOLUTION DEDICATING A 50 FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON LAND OWNED BY LOST ISLAND REAL ESTATE, LC LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST SHAULIS ROAD AND HESS ROAD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described property: 50' Sanitary Sewer Easement A sanitary sewer easement over, under and across that part of the Southeast Quarter (SE's) of Section Eleven (11) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) , Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Said easement is Fifty (50 . 00) feet wide lying Thirty- three (33 . 00) feet Northerly and Westerly of and Seventeen (17 . 00) feet Southerly and Easterly of the proposed location of sanitary sewer pipe described as follows : Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (STAN) of aforesaid Southeast Quarter (SE11) ; thence N00°01 ' 39"E Four Hundred Sixty-five and Twenty- four Hundredths (465. 24) feet along the West line of said Southeast Quarter (SE's) to the point of beginning; thence S83°51 ' 30"E Four Hundred Eighty-seven and Twenty-four Hundredths (487 . 24) feet; thence S83°23 ' 28"E Two Hundred Three and Eighty-three Hundredths (203 . 83) feet; thence S70°06129"E Three Hundred Ninety-nine and Fifteen Hundredths (399. 15) feet; thence S85°45 ' 21"E Four Hundred (400 . 00) feet; thence S66°10 ' 14"E Three Hundred Seventy-four and Thirty-nine Hundredths (374 . 39) feet; thence S16°58 ' 09"E Three Hundred Seventy-nine and Seventy- eight Hundredths (379. 78) feet; thence N75°19 ' 10"E Four Hundred Nineteen and Ninety-eight Hundredths (419. 98) feet; thence N34°44 ' 12"E Four Hundred Fifteen and Four Hundredths (415 . 04) feet; thence S52°24 ' 44"E Fifty and Sixty-seven Hundredths (50 . 67) feet to the West right- of-way line of Hess Road as described in Land Deed 538, page 819 in the Black Hawk County Recorder' s Office and to the point of termination.
