RESOLUTION NO. 2020-21
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A 2020 FRONT
WHEEL DRIVE WIDE TRACK BACKHOE FOR THE SEWER
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Manager of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid document, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of a 2020 front wheel drive wide track backhoe for the Sewer
Department, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Manager did file said specifications, bid document, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of a 2020 front wheel drive wide track backhoe for the Sewer
Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January 13, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of a
2020 front wheel drive wide track backhoe for the Sewer Department, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January 2020.
