RESOLUTION NO. 2020-22
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A 2020 FRONT
WHEEL DRIVE WIDE TRACK BACKHOE FOR THE SEWER
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2020-21, specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of a 2020 front wheel drive wide track backhoe for the Sewer Department, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public
hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January 2020.
