RESOLUTION NO. 2020-26
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $87,880.52,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERFRONT STADIUM
GROUP SEATING BOXES PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Cardinal Construction, of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction
with the Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project, and
WHEREAS, Cardinal Construction has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of$87,880.52.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Cardinal Construction, at a total cost of$87,880.52, in conjunction
with the Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January 2020.
