ORDINANCE NO. 4940
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (21) SYCAMORE STREET
OF SECTION 552, NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
(21) SYCAMORE STREET OF SECTION 552, NO
PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (21) Sycamore Street of Section 552, No
Parking Between Signs, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (21) Sycamore
Street of Section 552, No Parking Between Signs, of the 2008
Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(21) Sycamore Street South side in the 1100 block;
southwest side in the 1300
block; north side in the 1800
block
