RESOLUTION NO. 2020-48
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE MONTH LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE BOWLERS GROUP II, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1, FOR THE USE
OF A PARKING LOT OWNED BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, LOCATED SOUTH OF 650 LA PORTE ROAD,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Lease Agreement dated January 21, 2020, between Bowlers Group II, of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$1.00, for the use of a parking
lot owned by the City of Waterloo, located south of 650 La Porte Road, for period of one month,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January 2020.
