RESOLUTION NO. 2020-54
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH SPOHN RANCH SKATEPARKS OF LOS ANGELES,
CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $358,977, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERSIDE SKATEPARK
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated January 21, 2020, between Spohn Ranch Skateparks of Los
Angeles, California, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$358,977, in conjunction
with the Riverside Skatepark Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January 2020.
