RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IOWA DOT
TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM GRANT
AGREEMENT, FOR THE PARK AVENUE BICYCLE TRAFFIC
SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, NO. TAP-U-8155(767)--
81-07, IN THE AMOUNT OF $137,000, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Iowa DOT Transportation Alternative Program Grant Agreement, dated January 21,
2020, between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for Iowa's
Transportation Alternatives Program funding, for the Park Avenue Bicycle Traffic Signal
Improvements Project, No. TAP-U-8155(767)--81-07, in the amount of $137,000, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January 2020.
