RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BID DOCUMENTS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
THE F.Y. 2016 SHERWOOD RECREATION AREA PHASE
II IMPROVEMENTS, AS FEBRUARY 15, 2016, AT
5 : 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE
TAKING OF BIDS ON FEBRUARY 11, 2016, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 15th day of February 2016,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on preliminary bid
documents, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y.
2016 Sherwood Recreation Area Phase II Improvements, with the
taking of bias, at 1: 00 p.m. on February 11, 2016.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier. 1
