WHEREAS, B&B Builder's & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, performed
work on the F. Y;. 2015 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 5 and Trail
Repairs, Contract No. 878, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and '
WHEREAS, B&B Builders & Supply has completed the
aforementioned project in accordance with the project plans and
specifications .
BE. IT RESOLVED� BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of
acceptance of work performed are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2016.
