RESOLUTION NO. 2016-053
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $11, 200 . 00 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARK AVENUE BRIDGE
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN REVIEW; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 19, 2016
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, in conjunction with the Park Avenue Bridge Conceptual
Design Review, in an amount not to exceed $11, 200. 00, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2016.
